Under the guidance of Ecumen’s Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), our talented culinary team sources local and sustainably grown ingredients to create thoughtful and delicious meals.
Our dining team members receive continuous in-service training from our Registered Dietician and Certified Dietary Manager. Training includes kitchen sanitation safety, nutrition for individual resident care plans, licensing guidelines, and state and federal regulations.
Our talented culinary team prepares casual fare daily for residents, guests and the public every day. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, snacks, and social time with family and friends.
